Ride A Pet Guide separates first-party records from community reports instead of treating every result as equally reliable. The source ledger was last reviewed on September 16, 2026; this explanation of the method was reviewed on September 17, 2026.
Source register
These are the sources currently recorded in the project ledger. official_first_party identifies Roblox-hosted universe, experience, or creator-group records. secondary identifies community, editorial, or competing-guide material that requires attribution and independent review.

Source levels and boundaries
Roblox universe, experience, and group API records are used for identity claims such as the universe, place, creator group, official description, platform support, and category. A first-party record is authoritative only for the field it actually reports. For example, an API update timestamp is not presented as a patch note or release date.
Community wikis and independent guides can provide useful leads about mechanics, named pets, eggs, or player workflows. They are labeled as secondary, dated when a publication date is available, and not described as developer announcements. A page can report a community claim, but it must say when that claim has not been independently checked in the current game.
Competing guide sites are research leads, not sources to copy. Their wording, layout, rankings, images, and unsupported conclusions are not reused. Where competitor and community numbers disagree, Ride A Pet Guide records the conflict and omits a definitive number until stronger evidence resolves it.
How a claim is reviewed
- Match the claim to the exact Ride A Pet universe and place rather than a similarly named game.
- Prefer the Roblox experience or creator-group record when it directly answers the question.
- Record the URL and the date it was checked.
- Keep community-only claims attributed, and keep conflicting values side by side in the internal evidence record rather than selecting the more convenient one.
- Update a page only when the cited evidence is rechecked; a site build does not reset its review date.
The current research did not include an in-game play session. Pages must not turn a video title, wiki entry, or competitor estimate into a claim of firsthand testing.
Corrections and evidence submissions
A correction should include the affected page URL, the exact sentence or value at issue, and a link or screenshot showing the better evidence and its date. The planned address is hi@rideapet.app, but its mail routing has not yet been verified, so it is not presented as a working submission channel. The contact page will remain blocked until a real delivery-and-reply test succeeds. Once that route is published, correction instructions will point to the verified address.
What inclusion does not mean
Listing a source does not mean Ride A Pet’s developer or Roblox approved Ride A Pet Guide. It also does not mean this site endorses a community wiki, video channel, or competing guide. Sources are credited to show provenance and limits; this remains an independent, unofficial player reference.
